Officials attempt to find Owners of crashed Car discovered in Kankakee

KANKAKEE – Officials are on the lookout for the owners of an abandoned car found in town earlier this morning.

According to Otto Township Fire Department, a crashed Silver 2007 Pontiac 4 Door vehicle was found at 2500 West Route 115 around 8:20 a.m. this morning. 

“At this time we are attempting to contact the registered owners to check their welfare.” Officials said in a Facebook post. “If anyone knows Chandler Harwood or Jeremy Simmons of Kankakee please have them contact Illinois State Police District 21 at 8156982315.”
