Man dies after ATV flips, not wearing helmet at time of crash

SENECA – A Marseilles man died in an ATV accident over the weekend.

According to Seneca Police, they first became aware of the accident early Sunday after a passerby saw a body and the flipped ATV near Brookfield Drive.

The victim was later identified as 41-year-old Mile Austino of Marseilles, who wasn’t wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.  

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
