Northern Lights Spectacle Expected across 17 States on July 13

CHICAGO, IL – Prepare for a captivating celestial display as the mesmerizing northern lights, or aurora borealis, are set to illuminate the night sky over 17 U.S. states on July 13, according to experts. 

Solar winds interacting with Earth’s magnetic field create this natural phenomenon. Highly active auroral displays are predicted in parts of Canada and the U.S. Spectators in Alaska, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and more can experience this breathtaking light show.
