Normal, IL – The Normal Police Department is searching for a vandal with a grudge, repeatedly targeting the same victim’s vehicle.
According to Normal PD, the suspect was first captured on camera damaging the vehicle. A week later, the same individual allegedly broke into the victim’s garage, causing more damage. Another month later, the suspect reportedly vandalized the vehicle again.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Officer Cowley at 309-454-9535. Anonymous tips can be submitted via the NPD Tip 411 Program by texting 847411 with NORMALPD followed by the tip, or through the Normal PD App.
