The driver, identified as 26-year-old Kortney D. Moore Jr. from Akron, Ohio, was pulled over at the 48 mile-marker. The traffic stop led to a search of the vehicle, reportedly revealing a large amount of narcotics, according to the La Porte County Sheriff’s Department.
