Rockford, IL – The Rockford area police and firefighters are lacing up their skates for a good cause. They will face off in the Annual Charity Ice Hockey Game today, at the BMO Center.

According to event organizers, the game is set to start at 2:00 PM, with doors opening at 1:15 PM. The charity event, hosted by the IAFF Rockford Firefighters Local 413, will benefit local foundations including the Jamie Cox Foundation, Greg Lindmark Foundation, and Heartland Hospice.

Tickets are available at $5 each or a bundle of five for $20, with the purchase including admission and a raffle chance.
