Sheriff Seeks Witnesses to Indiana Crash that Injured Several; Can You Help?

LAKE VILLAGE, IN – A significant crash on US-41 near SR-10 Saturday resulted in multiple injuries. 

According to Newton County Sheriff’s Department reports at approximately 5:17 p.m., a collision occurred between a red Chrysler 300 and a white Hyundai. The drivers, a 20-year-old Cedar Lake man and a 44-year-old Lake Village woman, along with all other occupants, were rushed to area hospitals. 

Authorities are actively investigating and have yet to release names. Anyone who witnessed this accident is strongly encouraged to contact Deputy O’Hara or Deputy Cook at 219-474-5661. Your assistance can make a difference.
