Southern Indiana Alert: Large Hail, Damaging Winds Expected This Evening Into Tonight

Indianapolis, IN – Residents in southern Indiana should be vigilant as isolated severe storms are anticipated to bring large hail and damaging wind gusts later today. 

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a weather alert, highlighting the risk mainly for this evening into tonight. Although the probability of storms is low due to a stalled cold front, conditions are ripe for severe weather in areas that do experience storms. 

Stay tuned for updates and be prepared to take shelter if warnings are issued.
