St. Anne Resident Faces Strangulation Charges in Bourbonnais Arrest

BOURBONNAIS, Illinois — A St. Anne resident, Jason Lee Pelehowski, 44, was arrested late Friday afternoon in Bourbonnais on severe allegations. 

According to Bourbonnais Police reports, reported charges include allegations of aggravated battery leading to significant bodily harm to someone aged 60 or older, as well as aggravated domestic battery with strangulation.

Pelehowski is now being held at the Jerome Combs Detention Center, awaiting a court appearance with neither bond nor bail amounts set. Full details behind the incident have yet to be released.
