Structure Fire on Jordan Dr in Bourbonnais

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. — Emergency responders were dispatched to a structure fire that began at around 8 am on Tuesday on Jordan Drive in Bourbonnais. 

Upon receiving the call, firefighters and police officers responded promptly to the scene.

Fire officials stated that the incident resulted in an estimated $20,000 worth of damage, causing a detached garage to be entirely destroyed.

Although there were no reports of injuries, neighboring homes suffered heat damage. 

Paramedics assessed one person at the scene before releasing them. 

Officials classified the fire as accidental.
