Chicago, IL – Motorists should brace for delays as a section of the inbound Eisenhower Expressway (Interstate 290) in Chicago is set for an overnight closure.
The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has announced that the right lane between Central and Laramie avenues will be closed for emergency pavement repairs. This necessary work is scheduled for either Thursday, Jan. 25, or Friday, Jan. 26, depending on weather conditions.
