Kenosha County, WI – A Wisconsin woman is fighting for her life after a harrowing incident in the Village of Salem Lakes.
Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department reports the woman was allegedly set on fire by her boyfriend, who has connections to Chicago.
It began early Sunday when Authorities received a distress call from a residence that said her boyfriend had intentionally set her on fire and fled the scene. The victim, whose identity is being protected, sustained severe burns and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
The suspect, identified as Myron Faith Bowie, is now the subject of a manhunt. With a felony warrant already issued for his arrest, authorities caution the public to consider him armed and dangerous. Myron is believed to be driving a black Cadillac SRX with an Illinois license plate: DQ46996. His known ties to the Chicago area, particularly Logan Square and Wicker Park, have heightened concerns about his whereabouts.
