BLOOMINGTON, IL – The Illinois High School Association (IHSA) elected Dan Tully, principal of Niles Notre Dame College Prep, as Board President.

Wednesday’s monumental election makes Tully the very first leader from a non-boundaried school to ascend to this prominent role in IHSA’s over-a-century-long legacy.

Tully, who has been actively contributing to the board since 2017 and served as secretary from 2021, remarked on the weight of his new position, emphasizing the honor and duty of representing Illinois high school students at such a level.
