According to Pinal County Sheriff’s reports it comes after the initial March 29 attack, where a man was injured, triggered an extensive manhunt. Figueroa was identified as a suspect and reportedly fled the scene but was located on Wednesday at a Mesa apartment, where he initially barricaded himself before surrendering.
