California Highway Patrol Seizes $399,000 in Cocaine During Fresno Traffic Stop

Fresno, CA – The California Highway Patrol seized $399,520 worth of cocaine during a traffic stop on I-5.

According to authorities, a CHP K-9 sergeant discovered 11 pounds of cocaine on May 17, during a routine stop. 

Juan Manuel Castillo Barajas, 38, was arrested and booked on charges of possession and transportation of cocaine. 

The case is now under the Fresno High Impact Investigation Team (HIIT).
