Postcards to request a ballot for the November election will be going out to voters in Kankakee County in the coming days.

“If you’d like to request a ballot be mailed to you, simply fill out the back of the card, fold it over, and return it to our office, either through the mail or you can drop it off in person. We will mail ballots to those who request them beginning September 24th.” the Kankakee County Clerk’s office said Thursday.

“Don’t want to vote by mail? Not a problem! You still have all the normal ways of voting available to you, either at the polling place on Election Day, or through early voting, either at our office, or our satellite locations in Manteno and Bourbonnais.” the Clerk added.

The Clerk’s Office encourages voters to contact them directly with any questions regarding the cards can be answered by calling the Clerk’s office at 815-937-2990.
