Bingo + Exercise = Bingocize! A new free, virtual program for Seniors

KANKAKEE – Seniors in Kankakee will be able to take advantage of a new program offered by Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet next month.

Beginning in January, residents will be able to participate in Bingocize! A free, 10 week health program that combines the game of bingo with fall prevention exercise.  The virtual series allows seniors to participate from the comfort of their own homes, enjoy bingo, learning new, meet new people, and learn techniques to reduce falls.

The program will meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (1:00 – 2:00pm) from January 5th – March 16, 2021. This is a free program for Kankakee County residents who are 60 or older.
