Kankakee County Health Department Officials announced on Monday six new cases of COVID-19 within the County limits.
Those new cases included a male and female in their 40s. There are now 338 COVID-19 cases across the County, including 87 that have recovered, bringing the recovery rate on overall cases to 25% in Kankakee County.
One new death was announced in the County on Monday, bringing death totals to 27. It’s the first death report since Friday.
Total testing was removed per zip code via the IDPH website today. No reason has been given by the State.
