Swirling snowflakes, wooly warm mittens, and mugs of hot chocolate…all things that mean winter is near and so are the holidays! The Friends of the Bourbonnais Library will once again present their annual Holiday Gift Wrapping Workshop by Pat Caise on Tuesday, December 10, from 6 to 8 p.m.  This free program will be held in the White Oak Room at the Bourbonnais Public Library, 250 W. John Casey Rd.

Participants are asked to bring one boxed gift to wrap.  All other beautiful and creative wrapping supplies will be provided.  No reservations are necessary and all ages are welcome, however, children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

A mini book sale will be held beginning at 5 p.m. with books priced at $.50 and $1. For more information contact the Bourbonnais Public Library at 815-933-1727 or visit bourbonnaislibrary.org.
