Police Bust Drug Operation in Indiana Home Raid, Make Multiple Arrests

RENSSELAER, IN – Four Indiana residents are now facing multiple charges after a raid on a home last week resulting in gun and weapons charges.

Rensselaer Police along with Jasper County deputies raided a home last Wednesday in the 100 block of E. Elm Street in Rensselaer, resulting in the arrest of four individuals and the seizure of drugs, weapons, and suspected stolen property.

Gary Mullins, 53, Kim Angle, 63, Carina Minix, 52, and Tim Angle, 65, were taken into custody after officers allegedly discovered marijuana, methamphetamine, prescription pills, and paraphernalia during a thorough search of the residence and a camper in the backyard.

A handgun was also reportedly discovered during the raid along with undisclosed suspected stolen property was found in the yard.

All four subjects were booked into Jasper County Jail on serious charges, including Possession of Methamphetamine and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, both level 6 felonies. Misdemeanor charges of paraphernalia and marijuana possession were also requested. Angle faces an additional level 4 felony charge for possession of a handgun by a serious violent felon.

Rensselaer Police are urging anyone with information about criminal activity to come forward and contact law enforcement immediately.

An investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
