Most KCC facilities will be closed March 18-30 to combat the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The KCC Hammes Bookstore will be open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on March 17, 18 and 19. It will serve as a pick-up point for technology, books and supplies that students need. Beginning March 23, faculty will teach their classes online or electronically.

“Our goal is to help our students get through this semester successfully and on-time,” said KCC’s president, Michael Boyd.

College services such as registration, advising, counseling and tutoring are still available online. The KCC Food Pantry will have care packages available for pick-up through 5 p.m. March 17.

The website coronavirus.kcc.edu has resources and will be updated as information becomes available. Students are asked to use this site as a starting point of information for KCC’s actions and plans.
