Record Highs: IDPH announces 1,529 new COVID-19 cases and 82 deaths on Wednesday

Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) today announced 1,529 new cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Illinois, including 82 additional deaths. 

It is the largest jump in cases to date.

Stark county is now reporting a case.  Currently, IDPH is reporting a total of 15,078 cases, including 462 deaths, in 78 counties in Illinois.  The age of cases ranges from younger than one to older than 100 years.
