NORTH CAROLINA — With the rush of the holiday season about to begin, Lowe’s is offering shoppers a chance to check off one more thing on their list with a sense of ease this holiday.

Beginning October 30th, Lowe’s will offer free Christmas tree delivery to any shoppers ordering fresh-cut trees online. Trees must be more than $45 to qualify for the free delivery, expected to arrive within two to five days.

Customers can order fresh-cut trees online and have it delivered within two to five days. The tree order must be $45 or more for free delivery. The effort is in part due to Lowe’s trying to curb traffic in stores throughout the holidays.

“Over the past few months, we’ve seen our homes rise, if imperfectly, to meet all that we’ve needed from them,” Marisa Thalberg, the company’s chief brand and marketing officer said in a release. “As we approach the holidays, the idea of gifting the home feels especially right.”
