City of Kankakee Vehicle Stickers Sales to Begin July 6, 2020 at Drive-up Location

Kankakee, IL  – Notices for City of Kankakee vehicle stickers are set to be mailed in early July as today’s additional announcement contains follow-up details.

City of Kankakee residents will be able to obtain their vehicle stickers on Monday, July 6, 2020 through Friday, July 31, 2020 at the drive-up location ONLY on the corner of South Schuyler and East Station Street in Kankakee. The hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Signage will be placed outside of the building. Staff ask that residents who are purchasing stickers enter the drive-up from Dearborn Avenue.

Details regarding any additional hours for vehicle sticker sales will be announced at a later date.

The City is offering this location to continue to prioritize the health and safety of the community in order to make this process safe and accessible for everyone.

Sticker fees are $35 per vehicle. The City of Kankakee utilizes revenue to support the general fund budget, including providing full-time police and fire services.
