Maywood, IL – A red GMC pick-up truck was seized, and its owner cited after Maywood Police Officers responded to an illegal dumping allegation on March 30, 2024. The incident occurred in a lot at the corner of 20th Avenue and St. Charles Road.
According to the Maywood Police Department, upon arrival, officers found several pieces of furniture illegally discarded from the truck. The owner, unable to provide dumping authorization, was issued citations for fly dumping. The vehicle was towed and is being held pending administrative action.
