Orland Park, IL – Police Prioritize Community Relations: In an effort to enhance public safety and community engagement, the Orland Park Police Department has announced a series of neighborhood meetings. The first is slated for May 14 at 6 p.m., focusing on patrol beats 1 and 7. This series of meetings will continue with beats 2 and 3 on May 16, beats 4 and 5 on May 28, and conclude with beats 6 and 8 on May 30, each starting at 6 p.m.

According to the department’s social media update, the gatherings aim to foster direct dialogue between residents and law enforcement, covering topics from local crime trends to safety tips. The initiative reflects the department’s commitment to community-oriented policing and public involvement in law enforcement efforts.
