Quick-Thinking Officer Saves Man Found Lying on Roadside in Tinley Park

Tinley Park, IL – A timely intervention by Tinley Park Police Officer saved a man found lying face-down on the side of the road, as per police reports dated December 8, 2023. 

According to police reports Officer Jason L’Amas, upon being flagged down by a citizen, discovered the man in a precarious condition beside the roadway. Demonstrating swift action, Officer L’Amas turned the man over and immediately called for emergency medical support. He initiated CPR, maintaining crucial life support until paramedics arrived. 

The man was subsequently transported to South Suburban Hospital for advanced care.
