DeKalb, IL – Funeral for Sheriff’s Deputy Killed in Accident to be Held at Northern Illinois University

DeKalb, IL – Funeral arrangements have been released for Deputy Christina Musil of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office following her passing in a devastating accident late last week. 

The services are to be held at the Northern Illinois University Convocation Center, starting with a public visitation on April 4, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

According to the Sheriff’s Office, a Law Enforcement Walk-Through is planned for 12:45 p.m., leading into the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. The community and fellow officers are expected to come together in support and remembrance.
