Kankakee, Illinois — Kankakee Police have arrested 45-year-old Judith Hibbs, a caregiver, on alleged charges of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse involving an intellectually disabled adult.
According to police reports the arrest followed a police investigation into several alleged incidents of a sexual nature that began on October 7th of this year. Officials have not released further details regarding the nature of these incidents.
