LaSalle County, IL – 16 Students Safe Following School Bus Crash Near Marseilles

LaSalle County, IL – Sixteen students walked away unharmed from a school bus collision in La Salle County on Tuesday afternoon. 

The crash, involving a bus from the Ottawa Elementary School District and a car, occurred around 3:45 p.m. at the rural crossroads of East 22nd and North 30th Roads. Responding firefighters from Seneca, Marseilles, and Ottawa, along with La Salle County deputies, swiftly ensured that all students and the bus driver were safe. 

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
