Peoria, IL – A woman was stabbed early Wednesday morning in the 1900 block of S. Stanley.
According to Peoria Police, officers were dispatched at approximately 3:37 a.m. and found the victim with apparent stab wounds. She was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers located a crime scene on the 2700 block of W. Starr, where the stabbing allegedly occurred. The investigation is ongoing, and no suspect information is available at this time.
