Joliet, IL – Joliet is gearing up for a spectacular celestial event. 

According to the Joliet Police Department, a solar eclipse is expected to occur on Monday, April 8th, and residents can witness this awe-inspiring phenomenon from approximately 12:50 pm until 3:20 pm.
