BOURBONNAIS, IL – The passing of Graham McGrath, Bishop McNamara High School’s  alumnus, has left a void in our community.

““The Bishop McNamara community is mourning the loss of Graham McGrath, class of 2021. Graham was deeply loved by our community and recognized as a charismatic, extremely focused, and hard-working young man,” Bishop McNamara High School said in a post Wednesday. “There is truly no one that could light up a room like Graham could.”

The 19-year-old’s tragic demise days ago while boating in Florida has raised questions, as authorities continue their investigation.

A service will be held at Clancy Gernon Funeral Homes, Bourbonnais, on Friday, 4-8pm, and Saturday, 10am. The school community gathers to remember a charismatic young man who lit up rooms with his presence. As the investigation unfolds, friends and family prepare to pay their respects, seeking closure amidst the mystery surrounding his untimely death.
