Chicago High School Staff, Students quarantined as 7th Coronavirus conformed in Illinois

All students and staff who were at Vaughn Occupational High School from Feb. 25 to March 6 have been advised to quarantine themselves after a 7th Coronavirus case was confirmed in Chicago.

The positive tests came from a woman who was aboard the Grand Princess Cruise ship that disembarked on Feb 21st . Days later she went back to work.

A thorough cleaning of Vaughn Occupational High School is underway and buses that serve Vaughn students have been removed for additional cleaning.

The woman who tested positive for coronavirus had not been at work since Monday. She remained hospitalized in isolation.
