Clove Alliance announces training session in October

KANKAKEE – Fall classes for Crisis Intervention Training for prospective volunteers, professionals, and students is scheduled to begin in October.

Clove Alliance announced their next 40 Hour Crisis Intervention Training will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from October 3rd-24th at the Kankakee office.

“Volunteers are often the first contact survivors have with our organization. They can have an enormous impact on a survivor’s healing journey,” said Director of Community Engagement Kristin Giacchino. “Anyone who is 18 years of age or older and is interested in making a positive difference in our community through serving local survivors of sexual violence, should contact Clove Alliance at volunteer@clovealliance.org.”
