Drive-By Shooting Targets Home Wednesday Night in Orland Park

ORLAND PARK, IL – Last night, a drive-by shooting disrupted the peace at one Orland Park home. 

According to Orland Park Police reports, at 10:41 p.m., officers raced to the 17500 block of Coronado Dr. following reports of gunfire. A residence was targeted by an unknown vehicle, from which multiple shots were fired, then it quickly left the scene. Thankfully, no one inside the residence was harmed. 

Police are treating this as a targeted attack rather than a random act and are investigating further. The shooting remains under investigation.  Police are encouraging residents to assist by registering their home security cameras at connectorlandpark.org.
