Elderly Veteran Missing in Streator, Illinois, Police Seek Public’s Help

STREATOR, IL – The Streator Police Department, with assistance from the Illinois State Police, has issued an Endangered Missing Person Advisory for Burton Kelley, a 70-year-old local resident. 

Described as a white male with gray hair and blue eyes, Kelley stands at 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 225 pounds. He was last seen driving a purple 2019 Chevrolet Traverse sporting an Illinois Army Veteran License Plate: TOPK-GI. 

Authorities highlight that Mr. Kelley has a medical condition that puts him at risk. Anyone with information is urged to call the Streator Police at 815-844-0911 or dial 9-1-1 immediately.
