Former Chicago Cubs pitcher Aroldis Chapman has tested positive for COVID-19, according to Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters today.

Chapman is now a member of the the New York Yankees. According to Boone, Chapman’s symptoms are mild. Chapman will not be allowed to return to the Yankees until he is clear of symptoms and tests negative, twice.
Chapman was the game winner in Game 7 of the World Series for the 2016 Chicago Cubs.
