Gary, IN – Indiana Machine Gun Murder Suspect Arrested by SWAT Team

A Gary man was arrested Tuesday morning by the U.S. Marshals’ Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force and the Gary Police Department SWAT team.

According to the Gary Police Department, Antonio Cross Jr. was charged with murder, possession of a firearm, operating a loaded machine gun, and possession of a machine gun. The incident occurred on April 30 in the 4100 block of West 23rd Avenue. Police were called to the scene and found 33-year-old Kylin Bursey suffering from gunshot wounds. Bursey was taken to Methodist Northlake Hospital, where he later died.
