Glen Ellyn Police Make Arrest in September Child Indecent Exposure Case near Sunset Park

Glen Ellyn, IL – The Glen Ellyn Police Department apprehended Matthew T. Morgan on November 30, 2023, for a disturbing incident dating back to September. 

According to police reports Morgan was charged with four felonies, including allegations of Sexual Exploitation of a Child Under 13 and Exposing Self, following an investigation into an indecent exposure case involving two children near Sunset Park. The arrest, a collaborative effort with Downers Grove Police and DuPage County authorities, marks a critical step in addressing community safety concerns. 

Morgan, currently held at DuPage County Jail, awaits his court appearance. The Police Department emphasizes the importance of public assistance in such cases and reminds that charges are not indicative of guilt, with the accused entitled to a fair trial.
