Illinois State Police Issue Alert for Missing Elderly Man in Oak Park

Oak Park, IL – The Illinois State Police, in collaboration with the Oak Park Police Department, has issued an Endangered Missing Person Advisory for Charles Jacobs, an 82-year-old Oak Park resident. 

Jacobs, described as a black male with gray hair, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 240 pounds, and last seen wearing black pants, Velcro shoes, and a black parka, was reported missing after leaving 201 Lake St. at 7 p.m. on February 3rd. 

According to the Oak Park Police, Jacobs is believed to be in danger due to a medical condition. Authorities are urging anyone with information on Jacobs’ whereabouts to contact the Oak Park Police Department at 708-386-3800 or call 9-1-1.
