Kankakee, IL – A Kankakee neighborhood is reeling after the discovery of a 14-year-old shot dead in a local residence Monday night.
Responding to an emergency call at 9:04 p.m., officers arrived at a home on the 300 block of S. Rosewood Ave., where they were confronted with a heartbreaking scene.
