Livingston County inmate charged with Solicitation for Murder for Hire

PONTIAC – Additional charges have landed on an inmate already in custody at the Livingston County Jail.

Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress reported this afternoon 29-year-old Sean Sullivan of Odell was charged today with Solicitation for Murder for Hire. The charge is a class X felony with a penalty of 15 to 30 years in prison.

Sullivan was already in custody on a separate case involving Predatory Criminal Assault of a victim less than 13 years of age.

In a press release Wednesday, Sheriff Childress commended the Prosecutor, the Livingston County Detective Section, the Livingston County Proactive Unit, and the Braidwood police department for their work involved in the investigation.

Sullivan remains incarcerated at the Livingston County Jail on half a million dollars bond. No victim has been named in either case.
