Mobile Food Pantry headed to Plainfield next Tuesday

PLAINFIELD – Residents of low income neighborhoods will have an opportunity this Tuesday to stock up on supplies thanks to a free mobile food pantry in Plainfield.

The food pantry, provided by the Northern Illinois Food Bank in partnership with Catholic Charities, will be at St. Mary’s Immaculate Parish next Tuesday, March 9th, from 5-6pm. 

Organizers are asking residents to arrive by 4pm to the location at 15629 S. Rt. 59 in Plainfield as boxes will be distributed on a first come, first serve bases while supplies last.
