HOBART – Disturbing surveillance footage from Wednesday, September 20, 2023, reveals an unidentified individual prowling around a residence at 400 South Wabash Street at about 1:35 PM. The subject, clearly seen carrying what looks like an axe, lingered on the property before slipping into a black vehicle and speeding off.
