Nashville, TN – The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has reignited efforts to solve the 18-year-old cold case of Byron Glenn, who was shot and killed just before noon on February 18, 2006.
According to police reports, after suffering a gunshot wound to the stomach, Glenn was seen exiting his North Precinct residence on Garrison Drive. Witnesses report a silver Ford Taurus near the scene, with three young men, believed to be between 18 and 25 years of age, linked to the incident.
The police are calling for public assistance and offering a reward for information leading to a resolution in this longstanding case which could result in a reward up to $5000.
