Chicago, IL – Oktoberfest at the Zoo is coming to Lincoln Park Zoo Saturday, September 16!

The event, part of the River North Fests Events, promises an evening of live polka music, a lively DJ, beer, wine, giant pretzels, and bratwursts.

From 6:30 PM to 10 PM CDT, the Lincoln Park Zoo at 2001 North Clark Street will transform into a lively Oktoberfest celebration. Enjoy “Die Musikmeisters,” Chicago’s premier German Band, on Main Mall and a live DJ on the South Lawn.

Your ticket includes exclusive after-hours access to the zoo, where you can explore lush gardens and dynamic animal habitats. It’s strictly for adults, so no kids or strollers allowed.

You’ll also get free rides on the AT&T Endangered Species Carousel, lawn games, and plenty of relaxation space. Plus, your ticket supports keeping the zoo free and open to the public.

The event is 21+, with no exceptions, and tickets are non-refundable. Get your tickets early; this event sells out fast. And please note, Lincoln Park Zoo has strict policies on prohibited items, so leave those at home. Dress for a memorable night of fun, food, and festivities at Oktoberfest at the Zoo on September 16th – it’s going to be a “Prost” to remember!
