Quad Cities Weather Alert: Thunderstorms Expected Tuesday Night, Sunny Skies to Follow

Quad Cities, IL – Showers and thunderstorms are expected to impact the Quad Cities area Tuesday evening into Tuesday night, with another round possible on Wednesday. 

According to the US National Weather Service Quad Cities Iowa/Illinois, these storms will become more widespread during the night, bringing significant rainfall. The forecast for tonight is mostly cloudy with lows between 64-68°F. 

Following the storms, a pleasant stretch of weather is anticipated later in the week, with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s and mostly sunny skies from Thursday through Saturday. Residents are advised to stay updated on weather developments and take necessary precautions.
