Quaker Oats Recalls Select Chewy Granola Bars, Cereals Nationwide Due to Salmonella Concerns

Chicago, Illinois – The Quaker Oats Company has issued a voluntary recall for a range of granola bars and cereals due to a possible salmonella contamination risk. 

The recall affects numerous products including Quaker Big Chewy Bars, Quaker Chewy Bars in various flavors such as Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and Quaker Chewy Dipps Bars. The recall extends to several Quaker Chewy Bar Variety Packs. Products with a “Best Before” date ranging from August 2022 to June 2024 are included. 

Customers are advised to examine their products and dispose of any from the listed batches. No illnesses have been reported, but the company is offering reimbursements and encourages consumers to reach out for further information. This recall is specific to the full listed items here does not impact other Quaker products.
