Milwaukee, WI – Severe weather is expected to impact southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois today, with isolated tornadoes possible.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Milwaukee/Sullivan, the first round of storms is anticipated this morning, primarily affecting areas south and west of Madison. The second round is expected to develop this afternoon, with severe weather focusing along and south of I-94, particularly near the Wisconsin-Illinois border.

Residents should be prepared for damaging winds, heavy rainfall, and isolated tornadoes. The NWS advises staying informed and taking necessary precautions to ensure safety during these weather events.
